Size at least one size smaller - 2 inches smaller on the bust than sizing guide (measured by me with standard tapemeasure). And none left to replace it. V disappointing and not my usual response to Tyrwhitt goods | I am so sorry that this order was not up to our usual high standards! We work hard to keep quality levels high across the board and we certainly seem to have let you down on this occasion. Thank you for returning this to us so that we can look into what went wrong here. The Freepost address was certainly applicable in this instance and we will look at our training so that such confusion will not occur in the future. |
| 04-Feb-2013 | Poor | Unfortunately my shirts were too short in the arm, I am tall but can get away with highstreet long sleeve shirt/ blouses so thought as Charles Tyrwhitt were an expert Taylor - the product would be fine. My shirts are extremely short in the sleevesb and have to be returned so I will not be using this website again. | What a shame that the sleeve lengths on these shirts are not long enough for you! I will be sure to pass your feedback on so that this can be looked into in the future. In the meantime, please do return these to us so that this can be sorted out for you. |
