My only criticism is that having to pay to return items is very expensive. As long as you know exactly the size you require it works well but if for example I ordered a jumper which proved too small - it was costly to return. | |

Would have prefered a discount on a tie a did like, rather than a free tie i didn't. | I will pass your comments on so that our marketing team are aware of this. We think this is a very generous offer but are only able to offer it on a select range of ties. If none of them are to your taste I would suggest selecting one as a birthday or christmas gift for someone else. |

Despite asking for a signature to be required, which was noted on the label, with instructions that there is no safe place to leave the package, it was left behind the wheely bin, which was out for rubbish collection. Fortunately the bins had already been emptied. The last delivery was propped up against the front door, despite the same instructions. Different delivery companies - both ignored clear instructions on label. | |
