Not like the normal quality from CT at all!! | I’m very sorry to learn if this tie arrived with you in less than perfect condition – such occurrences most certainly aren’t the norm! Contacting us directly straight away was definitely the best course of action to resolve the matter so thank you for doing so and also for returning the tie so quickly.
