As the tie was cheap, I decided not to send it back as the postage would have been as expensive as to have the garment dry cleaned. Please pass this message on to the company as I find it hard to believe the tie could have passed a visual inspection. I would expect that Tyrwhitt either send replacement goods to the same value, or offer my money back. If they do nothing they will lose me as a customer! | This doesn’t sound right at all!
