| 10-Dec-2012 | Bad | This tie was described as 'graphite'' and has a purchase code BLK which suggested black but it is navy blue. A real disappointment. As a blue tie it would be excellent but I wanted grey or gtraphite as described and displayed in the brochure. Had it not been for Tyrwhitt's policies that delivery is not refundable and you must pay for returns i would have returned it. I'm disappointed. | We do ask customer to bear the cost of returning items to us as providing this service would mean increasing prices elsewhere in order to offset this cost. We send out any replacements free of delivery charge to you. You are welcome to return any items (including this shirt that you are not please with) to our Glasgow store which opened earlier this month. We will give you a call to discuss the options regarding this tie as it should be as described. |
