I HAVE BOUGHT A LOT OF YOUR PRODUCTS OVER THE YEARS AND THE ONE THING THAT ANNOYS ME HUGELY IS THE QUALITY OF THE THREAD YOU USE TO SEW ON BUTTONS ON SHIRTS OR THE WAY THEY ARE PUT ON. WITHIN A VERY SHORT TIME THE THREAD UNRAVELS AND I HAVE TO SEW ON ALL THE BUTTONS AGAIN. SURELY SUCH A SIMPLE THING FOR YOU TO GET RIGHT. | This is incredibly disappointing to read but we appreciate the feedback!
