The tie I received has bad folding or creasing right in the middle. Clearly not right and anyone can see that so why send it to me! or leave blank if not applicable | I sincerely apologise that you have received a tie from us that is in less than perfect condition! The item may very well have become damaged while in transit but, either way, there’s no reason for you to be receiving garments from us that are in less than perfect condition and I assure you that your experience is not the norm of shopping with us!
