I HAVE BOUGHT A LOT OF YOUR PRODUCTS OVER THE YEARS AND THE ONE THING THAT ANNOYS ME HUGELY IS THE QUALITY OF THE THREAD YOU USE TO SEW ON BUTTONS ON SHIRTS OR THE WAY THEY ARE PUT ON. WITHIN A VERY SHORT TIME THE THREAD UNRAVELS AND I HAVE TO SEW ON ALL THE BUTTONS AGAIN. SURELY SUCH A SIMPLE THING FOR YOU TO GET RIGHT. | This is incredibly disappointing to read but we appreciate the feedback! This isn’t something that’s being brought to our attention consistently by our other customers so I’m sorry to hear of the trouble you’re having with the buttons on your shirts coming loose. You have absolutely done the right thing by bringing this to our attention so thank you for doing so and we’ll be taking your feedback on board for future seasons. |
