The whole operation is let down by its delivery service and not, in my experience, for the first time. Aside of the fact that a courier was used in spite of an acknowledgeded request that Royal Mail be used, the courier failed to update its website and then sought to blame adverse weather conditions flooding in my local area - apparently. I haven't seen or heard of any in this period) for ongoing delays in delivery (oil, postal, milk and paper deliveries were unaffected). CT was very keen to hear what I had to say but needs to take responsibility for empoying a courier company that simply doesn't perform. | |
