| 28-Jan-2013 | Poor | Item does not seem similar quality to other CT items I have bought and almost feels like polyester rather than wool as advertised. Jacket is very light and looks a bit cheap. I'm not actually convinced that this is the same item that is shown on the website as the material looks very different. | I truly apologise for this item falling short of your expectations. Every garment in our range has been built to a very high standard with this jacket is no exception. I must also assure you that this jacket is indeed the same one that is advertsied on our website. Covered buttons don't match the lapels as well and the mohair has gone from the fabric mix. More space in the waist than I need which was the main reason for return, maybe a tailored fit jacket would flatter more? Of course, it still has the working cuff, unique at this price and all the correct detailing so the majority will be chuffed. | |
