Took to the dry cleaners to get fixed as couldn't be bothered to send back. | Oh no, this shouldn’t be the case at all and I sincerely apologise that you have had to have the button reaffixed to these trousers! I assure you that your experience definitely isn’t the norm and this isn’t typical of our garments – thank you for bringing the incident to our attention and we’ll use your feedback to improve for the future.
