13-May-2013	Bad	The button fell off when I tried to do the trousers up. Took to the dry cleaners to get fixed as couldn't be bothered to send back.	Oh no, this shouldn’t be the case at all and I sincerely apologise that you have had to have the button reaffixed to these trousers! I assure you that your experience definitely isn’t the norm and this isn’t typical of our garments – thank you for bringing the incident to our attention and we’ll use your feedback to improve for the future.
