| 16-May-2011 | Bad | While the trouser legs and length are fine and the material is what you would expect, they had the most serious tailoring error I have ever seen. While the trousers generally fit well below below the belt line, it is somehow (despite ordering the correct size) impossible to close them, by a margin of almost 20cm! | This is very surprising and disappointing to read as we never compromise when it comes to quality! The dimensions of our products are largely based on the feedback we receive from our customers but also on the results of individuals wearing and trialling sample versions of the garments.
