27-Sep-2012	Poor	unfortunately these trousers were far too tight	It is such a pleasure to hear that you are happy with our high standard of customer service. However it is such a shame to hear that your suit jacket and trousers did not fit as expected. We do try to cater for all fits, offering both Classic and Tailored Fit items. A problem such as a Jacket being incorrectly labelled is very unusual to hear of. We will certainly be in touch to discuss this further.

16-Feb-2012	Excellent	Great service and great quality. The back label suits are fantastic quality and value. The back label shirt fabtric needs modernising to match the cut. What was in stock came very quickly including altherations but I am still waiting for the grey black label suit. The telephone staff are excellent and knowledgeable. Overall would highly recommend.
