This suit was sent back for a larger size and the REPLACEMENT (which we kept) had a free returns label, but the original didn't and it was expensive to return. | |
| 10-Nov-2012 | Bad | For the second time in a few weeks advertised items on line and in current catalogue were not available when ordered and had to be returned at my expense. | This is such a shame to read! Our catalogues are printed up to six weeks in advance so it’s possible for items to become unavailable in the time it takes them to be delivered. Also, even though something is sold out in the size you require does not mean to say it is unavailable in every size so we’ll continue to advertise the item so our other customers don’t miss out. If you’re looking online then a note is included next to the relevant size as soon as it becomes unavailable for the item in question and if you’re returning something for an exchange then it’s possible for the replacement garment to sell out in the new size while we wait for the original to be returned unless a fresh order is placed. We’ll take your feedback on board regarding this and also returning items to us, which we don’t offer for ‘free’ at the moment because the cost of doing so would have to be covered elsewhere and our preference is to be upfront with how our pricing works. |
