There was no communication from customer services around being unable to fulfil the complete order. | This is incredibly disappointing to read! It’s rare that we are unable to provide every item requested on an order but on these unusual occasions that we can’t then we most certainly should be in touch with you to advise of this – I sincerely apologise that you didn’t receive a phone call from us!
