I can see from this order that you had requested we shorten the inside leg on both pairs of trousers to 31", and our records indicate this was done for you. I am also very sorry to hear that there were some loose threads on the jacket that you ordered, all of our products are tailored to the same high standards and so you really should not have received the jacket or trousers in this condition.
