22-Jan-2012	Poor	Not a good match to the photo on the website and there is simply no way this item is the size that it is labelled as. It's so tight I could not even get it on.	We work hard to ensure our products are depicted accurately so I do apologise of we haven’t pinned this one down quite correctly and we’ll take your feedback on board. I’m also sorry to learn that the cut of our Black Label suits isn’t a good fit for you – thank you for bringing this to our attention and we’ll take your feedback on board.

08-Jan-2012	Good	Good quality products and good range but sizes seem to vary a bit. I ordered same size as my last suit which fits perfectly and it is smaller fitting. The trousers in particular are tight. Knowing this plus the fact that returning items is jot free is a deterrent to mail order.
08-Jan-2012	Poor	The customer service is very good but the quality of the products seems to have dropped significantly in the last couple of years. Such a shame as the brand used to be a byword for quality.
