14-May-2013	Bad	Suit jacket was damaged. Should not have passed QA process.	Oh no, this shouldn’t be the case at all and I sincerely apologise that you received a suit jacket from us that was in less than perfect condition – these occurrences really are not the norm! Getting in touch with us directly straight away was absolutely the right thing to do so thank you for doing so and we will be using your feedback to help prevent this from happening again. In the meantime, a replacement jacket has been checked and sent out to you in advance of us receiving the original back and we’ll look forward to this being returned in due course.
