18-Apr-2013	Bad	see above	This is incredibly disappointing to read and I do apologise that you are finding the jacket and trousers of your suit are not a good match for each other in terms of the colour! Thank you for bringing this to our attention though as it’s not an issue we’re encountering regularly – we’ll take this matter on board for the future accordingly. We wouldn’t want you to feel stuck with the suit if you’re not happy to wear it so please don’t hesitate to send the garments back to us to be exchanged or for a full refund if preferred.

I had to change the waste size after I had submitted the order and the customer service team did this without any hesitation even though my order had been completed. The customer service team even followed up with a phone call to check everything with the revised order was ok. Very impressed.
