29-Apr-2013	Excellent	Very helpfull when required speedy postage, excellent product; only slight gripe is the cost of postage. When spending several hundred pounds to charge for postage seems excessive
25-Apr-2013	Good	The service was good however I had to wait from the beginning of February until the middle of March before my suits were delivered. Also I was give a delivery date of before the 8th April. On the 9th I had to ring to chase has they had not been delivered. The lady on the phone was very helpful and did find out what had happened to my suits and get me informed. Overall good service but was disappoint with the wait

Ordering from Charles Tyrwhitt feels like you're getting a service and not just a product - the language of the emails is much more pleasant, and automatic inclusion of the suit bag and freepost in case of return is very good.
