Once reported however your help desk, Leon I think, was fantastic	Please accept my apologies that certain items from your order were not available as expected. I must assure you that every effort is made to ensure all our products are in stock and so this is certainly a rare occurrence. I'm glad to hear we were able to assist you with this problem.
