Dreadful customer service. | I must apologise for any inconvenience caused with regards to your recent order. After checking you account, I can see that once we were made aware that your suit trousers were not shortened as expected, we immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent. The alterations are currently being finished by the warehouse. Once completed your order will be despatched via our next day delivery service. I hope this helps and apologies again as it is certainly unusual for us not to get things right the first time round. Your original alteration costs have been refunded in full for your patience.
