A great pity to cut on cloth with what could have been an excellent coat. | Thank you for constructive feedback. They went above and beyond what was expected of them when we had to exchange our items (because of incorrect size ordered originally not dissatisfaction with the items which are all also second to none). | 16-May-2011 | Bad | Very badly tailored. One of the most ill-fitting jackets I have ever worn. The arm holes are too narrow, the shoulders don't fit properly, strangely cut around the waist etc.
It looks like a cheap suit if you have your hands down by your side and don't move. However, once you move your arms or body, it just looks ridiculously badly tailored as the tailor had tried to pull an April fools joke on you. | This is very surprising and disappointing to read as we never compromise when it comes to quality!
