It's the material that's the problem rather than the cut. The material seems poor quality, is lighterweight than my normal high street suits. | How disappointing that you do not feel that this suit lives up to our usual standards. All out items are made to the same high levels of quality and so I do apologise that this particular suit is not to your taste. Please do feel free to return it to us for an exchange or full refund if you prefer. We do our very best to have all items available wherever possible however during our sale period this sometimes is not the case. We did not want you to have to wait to receive your whole order when it was only the tie which was unavailable, hence we sent it on a little later. In the future, if you prefer to receive everything altogether, there is an option to select this at checkout. Please accept my apologies if you feel my choice of wording was not appropriate.
