The company did not keep their promise to telephone me about it. It certainly should not have happened and I can assure you that our standards have not slipped. Nonetheless, it does appear that we spoke to you directly just the other day about this and we are coming to a swift resolution for you now. This certainly should not be happening and I can only apologise that it has happened more than once. I'm glad that you've spoken to us directly about the orders and we were able to come to a resolution for you. Our socks have been surprising best sellers this past season so they did sell out very quickly as well.
