Every other pair of shoes that I have bought for many years have been a standard UK 9 so my size is consistent but these were too small. Did not look or feel like £200 shoes. | It’s such a shame to read that these shoes weren’t to your liking and the fit wasn’t quite right for you either! These shoes have been rated positively by 96% of our customers who reviewed them but we’ll be taking the points you’ve raised on board for the future too. One thing I can assure you of is that these are well worth the full original asking price, even though we can sell them for less. What we really wouldn’t want is for you to feel stuck with anything from us that you weren’t 100% happy to wear – I’m delighted to see therefore that these have been returned to us for a full refund already. |
