We will keep our customers updated with all relevant delays so this will have been made clear when ordering. As soon as we did have this available I trust it arrived within the stated 3 working days?
Our shoes are designed on different last sizes depending on the style and so the fit will vary from person to person as we are all a little different. It’s such a pity that these didn’t work for you but you are welcome to return these for a more suitable size. |

Also shoes were very tight across the instep. Returned for refund | These shoes do come with a white stripe on the heel and this is shown in the photographs both online and in our catalogue, but I am sorry if you didn’t realise this when you made your purchase. I am sorry that the sizing wasn’t quite right for you and I will pass your comments on. As soon as we receive the shoes back we’ll ensure your refund is processed. |
