| 29-Jan-2013 | Bad | The leather is not cut properly. I only noticed this when I cleaned them for the first time. The way the leather is cut is poor. To say Charles Tyrwhitt are on a par with Churches is utter rubbish. They look pathetic next to the brands they copy like Trickers, however for the money they cost they are good value. CT tends to send out seconds at the end of the sale which other customers have obviously rejected, so watch for that one. At £109.00, they should not be seconds. | I sincerely apologise for any disappointment that has been caused. I must assure you that our high quality standards are consistent for all items across our range and we would never despatch anything to you that fell short of this.
