| 04-Aug-2012 | Bad | have previously ordered these shoes twice in size 7, however this time they supplied me with a size 7 that was bigger than the previous shoes. | Please accept my apologies the shoes did not fit you! Looking through your account, it appears this is the first time you have purchased these particular loafers but, even so, there shouldn't be a noticeable difference in size.
