It is, however, certainly a shame to hear that this particular pair of shoes has fallen short of your expectations. I can assure you that we use 100% premium leather in the construction of these high quality shoes and they even include extra padding for added comfort. It may be the case that the pair in your possession needs to be worn in as the leather will soften slightly over time. Rest assured, your comments are welcomed and will be taken on board for future seasons.
