Not 100% satisfied with the fit but ok for the current poor British weather. | We do ask our customers to bear the cost of returning items to us, with the exception of any cases where the item is faulty. However, we send out all replacements free of delivery charge due to this. I am sorry that this system is disappointing for you and have passed your comments on to our returns department in case this is something that can be looked into for the future.
