| 12-Jan-2013 | Poor | Colour of product differed from internet image. | I am so very sorry to hear that you have needed to return shoes to us on two occasions. If we were to offer free returns then we would have to carry the cost of this in our business. In reality this would mean that we would have to increase our prices elsewhere to accommodate it. We decided we would rather keep the prices to a reasonable level on our products and unfortunately this means you have to pay on the rare occasion you don't love our product enough to keep it! I have of course passed your comments to our Customer Feedback Team regarding our returns policy. Please also accept my apologies for the difference in colour that you noticed upon receipt of the shoes, we do our absolute best to ensure that the images online are a true representation of the product itself, however this does of course also depend upon a customers specific computer/monitor settings. Once again, I do apologise for any inconvenience caused, I will arrange for a member of our Customer Support Team to contact you so we can discuss this further. |
