| 01-Jul-2012 | Bad | Return as material see thru (too thin) | This shirt is a Poplin weave so is light and breathable, but some can find it a little too thin for their tastes. You might want to try a thicker weave like Twill.
We don’t currently have free returns as the cost would need to be off-set elsewhere and we want to ensure that all prices are as low as possible. I will pass your comments on though as we do listen to what our customers want. |
| 22-Jun-2012 | Excellent | I would like to suggest that the online sizes guide improved, specifically for measuring shirt's sleeve length as there was no guidance on what sleeve length to get. i.e. how to measure your sleeve length, typical sleeves etc. resulting in the purchase of a shirt with the wrong length sleeve | Instructions on how to measure your sleeve length are in our online sizing guide and the help pages so it’s a shame that both of these were missed.
