| 04-Feb-2013 | Bad | The quality of your shirts is getting worse. The collar is not as stiff as it used to be. The cotton is not as soft as it used to be. Please use better material. In the double cuff shirts, please provide only one cut for cufflinks, not two. | When you purchased we were in the final days of our End of Season sale and I am truly sorry that the shirt you wanted was not available in your size. We do our best to keep stock levels high, however this can be difficult towards the end of the sale period. Discount codes are sent out to customers at different points throughout the year and this is a standard box on an online checkout page which sadly cannot be removed for individual customers. We believe that our offers and multibuys give all customers great value for money and it is disappointing if you do not feel the same way. I can assure you that we work hard to keep our quality levels as high as ever however if you are not happy with your order, please do feel free to return it to us for an exchange or full refund. |
