| 29-Jul-2012 | Poor | The reason I have written poor is that you sent me a 15 inch collar and I'd ask for 15 1/2 inch (see the other shirts) however my wife unpack the shirts etc. and had already ironed the shirt, plus when reviewing the website the 15 1/2 inch in the short sleeve length was sold out, so I'll just have to loose more weight!! | Oh no, I sincerely apologise for this and I assure you that these issues are incredibly rare indeed! Your ‘no quibble’ guarantee still applies to unpacked, worn, washed and ironed items so we’ll drop you a line shortly to discuss this further and see if we can find an alternative item to replace this shirt with. |
