I get a better finish on the many plain cotton shirts I have had from you in the past - for example the shirt I purchased a few weeks before the Sea Island shirt. | Whilst I'm delighted to learn of your satisfaction with our standard of service, I sincerely apologise for this garment leaving you disappointed. I can assure you that only the finest Egyptian Cotton has been used in the construction of the shirt which gives it a very luxurious, silky smooth finish. The trade of for this is that slightly more effort is required in the ironing department and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. We will endeavour to take your useful feedback on board for future seasons and please feel free to return your purchase back to us for an exchange or full refund should you wish to do so. |
