The altered sleeve length, after just a couple of hand washes has ended up slightly shorter in length. | It’s such a shame to hear that this shirt isn’t fully to your liking but we appreciate your feedback and we’ll be taking your comments on board for the future. As cotton is a natural fibre, it should shrink when washed for the first time but no more providing the garment is cared for as per the washing instructions and we do account for this in the sizing. Our ‘no quibble’ guarantee still applies to worn and washed items so we’d welcome you to return this shirt to us and we’ll gladly exchange it or issue a full refund. |
