Would not purchase another shirt from this company if they were of the same standard. | This is incredibly disappointing to read and I am extremely sorry the shirt didn't live up to expectations. While other customers have provided great feedback on its quality, you are not the first to mention that the poplin weave is difficult to iron. Based on that, we have introduced a new range of easy-to-iron poplins, which makes the ironing process much easier. The shirt you purchased is from a previous season, and, hence, was in our clearance section. You are very welcome to return it for a full refund or an exchange. I am also very sorry you find our next-day delivery charge to be too high. Rest assured, we will give this feedback all due consideration. |
