Just because we weren't in to receive the delivery, they left the goods with a neighbour several doors down the road. We had never even met these neighbours before and, found it extremely embarrassing having to knock on their door. To add insult to injury, the neighbour turned out to be in a wheelchair. Totally unacceptable. | |
