I will never use this company again and will go back to using Savile Row & TM Lewin. | This is such a shame to read! Delays with the delivery company are extremely rare indeed, especially when using the expedited service and I sincerely apologise for this! I understand that no-one was available to receive the parcel when delivery was attempted, which meant you did not get the items until after you required them. It’s too late to change the delivery time now so it’s not clear how else to resolve this other than what we have already offered but we will be passing your feedback on accordingly. The issue is with the delivery so this can happen regardless of what you’re ordering or where you’re ordering it from but we do appreciate the feedback and we’ll drop you a line shortly to discuss things further. |
