This meant I paid the standard delivery cost for 1 shirt when it would have been the same for 2. If i choose a replacement shirt I will need to pay further delivery. I was worried I had paid for the 2 shirts but when I enquired I was told the charge would only be applied after delivery. This reminds me, I will need to check my account to confirm. | I am truly sorry that one of the shirts you ordered was out of stock. We do our very best to keep our stock records up to date at all times and it is disappointing to hear that we have let you down in this way. We only charge for an order when it is despatched so you definitely have not been charged for the unavailable shirt.
