In addition, the country of manufacture was not visable - why? | We do work hard to provide a fast and reliable delivery for all of our customers and so I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. As per our terms and conditions it is only possible to use an offer code once on a single purchase. As you had attempted to use this more than once, despatch was delayed while the necessary security checks were completed.
We have learnt over the years that it is best for both quality and price to manufacturer products in those areas which have the greatest expertise. This means we make our products in various countries offering different specialities. However, due to the competitive nature of the market nowadays, we are hesitant to share information on the countries our garments are manufactured in. If you do have an item in particular you would us to provide this information for however, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service department. I am truly sorry to learn that your items do not meet with your expectations. Every garment in our range has been constructed of only the finest materials and is certainly built to last.
