It is not fair that one has to pay delivery charges if an item is returned because a customer did not like it or the measurements were not right. Fourteen day return policy for sale items for goods meant for professionals is highly inappropriate. Those customers buy on-line as they are pushed for time and to expect them to return within 14 days is not right. | |
