| 04-Aug-2012 | Bad | You sent the wrong shirt. The outer label said "Orange" but the inner tag showed "Green" which is what the shirt was. No "Orange" were left in stock when we rang. | Oh dear! We realise the importance of fulfilling orders correctly every time, so I am very sorry that on this occassion we did not live up to that. Thank you for getting in touch to resolve this and I hope you enjoy the replacement shirt. |
