| 07-May-2012 | Poor | This jacket is very nice but it was packaged in a way that it arrived very creased and looks pretty awful on the hanger that it's currently sitting on. I guess I will have to take it to the laundry to be washed and pressed to get all the creases out of it. Very disappointing. | Your jacket should not have arrived in this condition and I do apologise for this. I have passed your comments on to our Warehouse so that this issue should not arise again. Our jackets are ordinarily packed very well in order to avoid creasing so I am sure this was a one-off. |
