| 22-Jan-2013 | Excellent | Excellent quality and fit. | |
| 20-Jan-2013 | Poor | It is well made, but the "dummy" outside pockets are infuriating - the nearest I've ever got to sending a CT product back - but I won't be buying any more jackets from CT unless they have proper pockets | Thank you for your comments. I am delighted to let you know that the pockets are real but are temporarily sewn closed with a basting stitch to prevent them sagging in transport and storage. The basting stitch inside the pocket ends before the end of the pocket, if you put your finger in this gap and ease the pocket apart the basting stitch will give and the pocket open. It should not require much pressure as it is not secured at either end. I am sure you will enjoy wearing your jacket even more now. |
| 06-Jan-2013 | Excellent | I love this jacket, just what I was looking for - smart and fits well | |
| 03-Jan-2013 | Excellent | Absolutely gorgeous | |
| 29-Nov-2012 | Poor | The side pockets were completely sealed with stitching. This was not the usual run of light stitching which could be opened, but, it seemed, an entirely deliberate attempt to prevent use of the pockets. Why, I ask? | I do apologise for this! Generally speaking the pockets aren’t supposed to be used as doing so alters the look and clean tailored fit of the jacket if items are bulging in the pockets. Nevertheless, we are aware that our customers will want to use the pockets on the jackets, which is why they should be loosely stitched to allow easy access and I do apologise that the pockets on your jacket were so tightly sewn together. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and also for taking the time to return the jacket to us already, which I’m pleased to confirm we have received and refunded you for. |
| 25-Nov-2012 | Excellent | Excellent styling, detail and tailoring. I have been looking for one of these for the past three years and was always told they are out of fashion. Not for me. | |
