I called four days after ordering to see when the item would be delivered to be told that it had been out of stock and therefore delivery would be delayed. The person I spoke to explained that I should have been informed of this (but I wasn't). I explained that I needed the item as it was for a birthday gift and that as I had paid for delivery, I expected delivery within the timescales given. The person I spoke to was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and arranged for next day delivery. He also called back to confirm that the item had been sent. Despite the original issues and disappointment due to lack of communication, the individual that helped me went above and beyond what was expected - unfortunately I do not remember his name but he deserves recognition! | |

The jacket is intentionally designed to have a casual and unstructured appearance and the lack of a lining makes it light and breathable for wear in the summer.
