| 28-Jan-2013 | Poor | Far too small, purchased to be worn with the Xxl shirt which is generous in cut, good fit, jumper at the other extreme, pity you could not get the two sizes to fit the same person! I had to then pay for return delivery, defeats the object of online really. HummHumm | Thank you for taking the time to get in touch. We do make every effort to cater for all fits and so I am truly sorry to hear that you have been left with an ill fitting garment. Our sizes change slightly from season to season in response to customer feedback and so I am sorry if you been adversely affected by this. We always try to make sure that these changes are described clearly on our sizing guides.
I am sorry to say that we do not cover the costs of standard returns but we always will if there is a manufacturing fault to blame. If returns were universally free then we would have to bear this cost elsewhere in our business which may mean increasing the prices of our very competitively priced products. Having said this, your comments really are appreciated and will be taken on board for the future. We shall definitely be in touch to discuss your experience further. |
