| 09-Apr-2013 | Bad | Trousers arrived and when taken out of packaging they had glue like marks on the cloth. One hem was only stiched at the trouser seems which meant foot got caught when trying them on. Waistband was also faulty and not stitched at the back. They looked like 2nds and not the quality expected at the reduced price. No doubt the company response will be "we are suprised that these got passes our strict quality control" as per all the other responses to negative feedback. When I emailed them they sent me a free returns address but nothing more for my troubles. Will not use for anything but shirts and even then Hawes & Curtis off a far superior service. | Please accept my most sincere apologies for the quality issue you have experienced. Given that these trousers currently have a 93% approval rating on our website, I can assure that it is not the norm for them to arrive in a less than stellar condition!
On the very rare occasions when faulty products are supplied, we are always eager to make sure replacements are on their way to you without delay. As you stated in your correspondence with us that you preferred to be refunded for your goods, we then provided you with a freepost returns address and you were later reimbursed. Please do let us know if you would consider a replacement instead and we will be more than happy to help. |
